I decided to contact you purely on the personal conviction of trust and confidence to assist in distributing the funds left behind by my Late client. The deceased had a deposit of Two Million And Eight Hundred Thousand Euros,(EUROS 2.8 Million) which I helped him to open in one of the leading banks here in Spain two years before his death.
Being his attorney here, his Bank has issued me a notice to provide his next of kin or beneficiary, otherwise the account would be CONFISCATED since nobody has come forward to lay claims on the money since his death.
My search for his relative was not successfull and My proposition to you is to seek your consent to present you as a next-of-kin and beneficiary of my Late client,So that the proceeds of this account could be paid to you and we can share the amount on a mutually agreed-upon percentage.

日本人をターゲットにした詐欺！
Dr Carlos Fernandez もう一ひねりしないと駄目なんじゃないの？
チョットありふれた手口で内容が貧弱な詐欺メール過ぎるだろ～！
内容は、2000年に、エアーフランスの4590便の飛行機事故（コンコルドの墜落事故）で亡くなった日本人、ハルキ ハルトさんと、お亡くなりになったそのご家族の代理人と言っているのが、このドクター カルロス フェルナンデスさんです。
このハルキさんが事故で亡くなる2年ほど前に EUROS 2.8 Million の預金をしたんだってさ。
んでもって、このお金を引き出すのアナタの手を貸してよ、勿論パーセンテージは払うからさって、いうお間抜けな内容です。
毎回毎回、この手のメールもらって、思うのは、なぜに皆さん Yahoo のフリーメールなのよ？ このメールの文頭で、I am Dr Carlos Fernandez. An Attorney at law based in Spain って言い切っているのだから、せめて、自分が所属する弁護士事務所のメールアドレスを使いなよ。 弁護士が Yahoo のフリーメルって・・。
真っ黒く塗られた100ドル札を特殊は溶液に浸すと、ドル札から黒いインクが溶け出して元のドル札になるっていう詐欺で700万円～1,200万円も騙し取られた間抜けなお爺ちゃんたちがいましたが、今回も、これに引っかかる間抜けな日本人も居るんだろうな～？
google で、検索してみると、昨年の1月に、これと全く同じ文章で、登場人物名だけを変えてドイツ人をターゲットとしたメールも出しているんだね、こいつら。
Dr. Carlos Fernandez の Dr. はドクターですが、この場合、お医者さんを表すのではなく、博士ということを表します。 が、このカルロスさんが本当の法学博士かは超疑問です。
皆さん、こんなのに騙されたらアカンよ！
