海外に借りているサーバーがトラブルを起こしているときには Live Chat で問題解決のお願いをしてみましょう。
下記の英文は、『今、サーバーが正常に機能しておりません。 ホームページにアクセスできません。 FTP で接続を試みても接続できません。 できるだけ早く事実の確認をお願いします。』ってチャットで送ってみました。
ちなみに、英語圏ではサーバーのことをホスティング(Hosting)と云います。
